Over the years we have asked for, and received, lots of feedback from our members regarding how to make their banking experience with us better. We've listened and have been working tirelessly behind the scene this past year to significantly improve your banking experience. Welcome to the new “upgraded” NW Preferred.

WHAT'S CHANGED?

Website: mycreditunion.com has a new look with lots of new enhancements as well. Such as responsive design and online applications.

Online Banking & Mobile App: Completely redesigned, along with robust features to improve your banking experience. The two systems are integrated together and require only one set of login credentials to access everything.

Total Relationship View: When signing on to any of our services you'll now be able to view all of your account relationships with us at the same time. This includes accounts on which you are a joint account holder.

Statements: Our new statements are much easier to read and understand so you can easily see all the activity on your accounts.
